Will my bird be stressed?
We have long experience of rehoming and boarding birds, and our staff understand bird behaviour very well. We handle every bird gently. Birds take time to settle in a new place, so we let them settle well before taking them out or rushing them with anything new.
Can I bring my own cage, food or toys?
We generally use 2 ft cages for all boarding birds. If you have a specific reason to bring your own cage, please talk to us before booking. You are welcome to bring your own toys. We provide ZuPreem FruitBlend pellets and healthy mixed seeds to all our birds. If your bird is on a different diet, you must bring your own food, and we recommend this to avoid sudden changes in diet.
How will I know how my bird is doing?
You will receive a video of your bird every day or on alternate days.
Can any bird be boarded?
We board only healthy birds showing no signs of illness. Birds must be free from mites and contagious diseases. Please tell us in advance about any health conditions or special needs.
What if my bird is not well during the stay?
Our staff are experienced, and we will keep a bird under observation if we notice any unusual behaviour. If a bird seems sick, we contact you immediately and take the bird to an appropriate avian vet. All vet expenses are borne by the owner.
How do pricing and payment work?
Boarding starts from ₹250/day and is charged per day. A 50% advance payment is required to confirm the booking. Early pickups and cancellations are non-refundable, and extended stays beyond the agreed duration incur additional charges.
How do drop-off and pickup work?
Drop-off and pickup are by appointment only. Late pickups beyond a one-day grace period are charged for an additional day.

Every bird receives daily interaction, enrichment, and a clean, safe environment. While we ensure the best care, we are not liable for natural illnesses, stress-related issues, or unforeseen incidents.
