At CuddlyWings, we strive to provide high-quality bird food, accessories, and pet care products. Due to the nature of pet consumables and hygiene-sensitive items, certain conditions apply to returns, replacements, and refunds.
1. Returns Eligibility
We accept returns only under the following conditions:
- The product received is damaged, defective, incorrect, or expired.
- The return request is raised within 48 hours of delivery.
- The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
- Clear photos/videos of the product and packaging are provided for verification.
2. Non-Returnable Items
For safety and hygiene reasons, the following items are non-returnable unless received damaged or incorrect:
- Opened bird food or treats
- Pellets, seed mixes, supplements, or consumables
- Perishable products
- Used toys, cages, or accessories
- Customized or made-to-order products
3. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Photos/videos of the product
- Photos of the outer packaging
After verification, we may offer:
- A replacement product
- Store credit
- Partial or full refund (depending on the issue)
4. Refund Process
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the issue was caused by our error.
Cash on Delivery (COD) refunds, if applicable, may be processed via bank transfer or UPI.
5. Order Cancellation
Orders can only be cancelled before they are packed or shipped.
Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
6. Shipping & Return Costs
- Customers may be responsible for return shipping charges unless the error was from our side.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns.
- CuddlyWings is not responsible for lost return shipments.
7. Product Information
We make every effort to display product images, colors, and descriptions accurately. However, slight variations may occur due to packaging updates, lighting, or screen differences.
